Cùng với LL CooJ, nữ ca sĩ nhạc đồng quê, Taylor Swift trở thành người dẫn chương trình của đêm nhạc công bố các đề cử của giải GRAMMY 2013. Đêm công bố giải cũng là đêm nhạc quy tụ nhiều ngôi sao hàng đầu của làng giải trí thế giới.
Lễ trao giải GRAMMY 2013 sẽ được chính thức diễn ra vào ngày 10/02/2013 tại Los Angeles' Staples Center và phát trực tiếp trên kênh CBS.
